New Sentencing Date for Algird Norkus: July 15

The original sentencing date of June 23 for ponzi schemer Algird Norkus has been canceled. The new sentencing date is July 15, 2011 at 02:30 PM at Courtroom 220, at the U.S. Courthouse, 211 South Court St., Rockford, IL 61101 before Judge Frederick Kapala. I will be there with many of our clients/victims. While the Judge is free to impose a sentence he sees fit (within reason), the now non-mandatory sentencing guidelines calls for approximately five years.
